Excellent location and even better host.

Location was excellent, right on the beach and close to just enough shops for your needs. Antonio the host is a fantastic bloke. Really friendly and really helpful.

Saturdays beach party right outside the bedroom wasn't good for us to sleep.

Local Island Experience

This property is amazing with views of the ocean. Many restaurants on the beach with only one closing at 8 pm. AC in bedroom with full cable TV. Balcony and a fan in the living room. There is daily cleaning service. I felt safe due to our friendly host Anthony. It is walking distance (about a mile) to West View. West View is an area caved out of the rock where you can dive or slide into the water to then swim to the beach. Also has a restaurant. The botanical garden and historic Baptist church is a short bus ride or cab ride away. We used the bus. It only cost $4000 pesos each way.

The living room window and balcony door didn’t lock but if you ask Anthony he will secure them with a security pole.

Lovely stay to relax on the quieter area of the island

Great friendly staff who helped with booking moped hire/taxis/food delivery. Antionio was really responsive to messages and was always on hand. Right on the beach by a great beach bar/restaurant.

A little old and tatty but we’ll worth the price. You need transport for dinner as the beach restaurants shut at 5pm

Very good deal if you’re looking for a budget one week vacation on the beach!

The owner was fantastic, and offered to help wherever he could. The property is right on the ocean with a nice sandy beach.

The electrical outlets in the property are sketchy and some of them didn’t work. I had concerns regarding the use of any electrical outlet because at times they sparked. also the only air conditioning is in the bedroom, so the remainder of the apartment is very warm. Also, there’s really only one restaurant that’s within walking distance which is right next door and if you’d like seafood, I guess that’s the place to go.

perfect location! lovely spot.

i arrived late in the evening and yet my landlord was there for me. he made sure i had everything i needed and knew where everything was. great experience. will definitely stay there again.

Very Good

A humble apartment right by the ocean. Staff was friendly and helpful. They let us to park our golf cart to their yard. A/C was working good. We love that the backyard is basically the beach!

Super relaxed stay at an incredible location hosted by a very relaxed Antonio.; cleaning needs attention

there are 2 apartments on the beach side , which are really incredible super

the 2 apartments on the street side are somewhat noisier because of cars and motorcycles passing by if you are unfortunate like us, there are streetraces at the southern part of the island and motorbikes keep passing by with an incredible noise; this can take up to far at night , we could not sleep at all until 4 o’clock in the morning! a concern is the cleaning; despite the fact that we already warned the owner about not cleaning at all under the beds , the cleaningteam was very persistent in not doing that , quite a shame

sand between your toes!

the location on the beach front is wonderful, we could sit outside every morning with our coffees and have our toes between the sand! the staff were amazing too, super friendly and helpful. there was air con and a good quiet nights sleep! there is also a kitchen so you can cook which is great if you’ve been eating out lots.

the shower is only cold water but it was ok for us as it was so hot every day outside! maybe need a little updating inside!

Excellent views, comfortable room and great host.

The location cannot be beat. You are literally on the beach, which is hard to find. The room is very spacious and comfortable. You have a full kitchen, which you will use since the restaurant scene is pretty much just lunch hours. The host is amazing and super helpful. Antonio was able to give us contacts to rent a “mula” and tell us the bus route to go to el centro. The taxis are expensive, and the bus was super easy to get around. A great central location away from the hustle and bustle.

Overall cleaning could be improved.

the close proximity to the beach, size of apartment, and amazing staff especially Antonio!

only negative is no real options to eat around the area after 5, only another hotel a short distance away. but you have your own kitchen so you can make do in a snap.

Best place of San Andrés

Location is great, the beach is beautiful and it's not crowded, attention is great, Antonio is the best host (he sends recommedation for everything and it's always willing to help) , apartment is great with air conditioner and a kitchen.

Great place to unplug for a while

Quiet, tranquil beach spot. Host Antonio is friendly and helpful.

Do some shopping for food in town before arriving here. Not many eating spots near by. Wifi is almost non existent.
